Denumeris Interactive SC is a Mexican digital marketing agency. These terms govern the use of this site and of the applications we use to connect to our clients' accounts on Meta, Google, Amazon and TikTok.

The services we provide to each client are governed by their contract. If the contract and these terms conflict, the contract prevails.

By using the site or authorizing one of our applications you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

The site describes the agency and its work. You may read it, share it and write to us through the contact form.

You may not use it for anything unlawful, try to enter restricted areas, disrupt its operation, or copy its content in bulk with automated programs.

Our applications only read or change an account when its owner authorizes it from the platform itself. We use the official APIs and request the permissions the work requires, and no more.

We use that access for three things: running the account the client put in our hands, measuring its results, and delivering reports.

The client can withdraw the authorization at any time from their account, and the cut is immediate. We follow each platform's policies; if one changes, we adjust to it.

The text, designs, videos and code on this site belong to Denumeris Interactive or its clients. Client brands shown here belong to their owners and appear with their permission.

You may not reuse that material for commercial purposes without written permission.

The site links to pages that are not ours. We do not answer for their content or for how they handle your data.

We offer the site as is. We take care that the information is correct, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or available at all times.

The case figures we publish are past results of specific clients. They are not a promise of future results.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute is settled before the courts of Mexico City.

If we change these terms, we publish the new version on this page with its date.
